    $ (

    , created by Robert Dozier and Thomas L. Miller.
    It is from the SERIES PILOT EPISODE
    , in which this week's ticker buyers are a man who just got out of jail and is on probation and needs to try and find a legitimate job; and a woman who's separated from her husband who has a girlfriend and a dog whose owner's relatives try to get a piece of what he wins. The cast includes Adam Arkin, Priscilla Barnes, Paul Benedict, Foster Brooks, Edd Byrnes, Audrey Christie, Bill Daily, Katherine Helmond, David Hollander, Elaine Joyce, Erin Moran, Greg Mullavey, Kim Richards, and Abe Vigoda.
    Written by co-creator Robert Dozier, this First Draft script is dated October 10, 1978
    . It consists of six acts plus an epilogue in 99 pages on white stock that were 3-hole punched and bound with two brass and silver brads (the top part screws onto the bottom part) between a one-piece wrap-around textured dark green cover with the series name imprinted in gold. It is complete and in overall very fine condition with a 1.5 in. diagonal crease on the top right corner of the front cover and a 3 in. diagonal crease on the bottom right corner; light signs of wear on the bottom and right edge of the title page; and light signs of wear on the left corners of the back cover. One word on page 95 and 98 were corrected in pencil. There are no missing pages, tears, stains, or other flaws.
