"V" TV series script call sheet old original production used SMALL Pilot marked

This is a weird script but we believe that this is actual real not a copy, but it is weird because it is small, much smaller than the usual size of call sheets and scripts, this one is only approximately 7 1/2 inches x 5 1/2 inches in size.  We do not know why these are so small in size, but we believe these were production used for the television show.
This is the Call Sheet and the script combined Pilot / Episode 1 with Call Sheet on top, the first 2 pages, then the script below.  Many of the script pages have black edit marks.  It has a total of 12 pages, not all pages of the script, the first page of
this script is page 19 ends at page 47 certain pages not included, not sure why, maybe not part of the crew call of the day, Call Sheet is for "Crew Call 800"
When we examine these black lines under magnification of a jeweler's loop, the marks do look like original marker, at a minimum the black edits do not look like digital copies, there are no pixels.
