This script is in Near Mint condition with white page quality and no writing or defects whatsoever. The script is dated July 17th 1967 and it was first broadcast on October 6, 1967.
I have seen many Star Trek scripts and most are quite banged up and often have notes/scribbles from the cast.  Luckily this gem survived unscathed!

malfunction that swaps Captain Kirk
and his companions with their evil
counterparts
from a parallel
universe
(later dubbed the "Mirror
Universe
") in which the
Enterprise
is a ship of the Terran Empire, a conquering and murdering organization where officers are assassinated as punishment and as a means of promotion. "Mirror, Mirror" is one of the most celebrated episodes of the original
Star Trek
series, and the Mirror Universe was revisited in episodes of later
Star Trek Series
.
