Combined model - Russian T-90MS main Battle Tank Historical note: the First prototype of the T-90MS "Tagil" the tower of the new design was shown on 7 December 2009, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin before a meeting on the development of Russian tank, which took place in "Panzer capital" of Russia – the city of Nizhny Tagil. The layout was a standard T-90S platform with a fundamentally new design tower mounted on it. The modernization affected the entire range of characteristics of the T-90S and significantly increased its combat and operational capabilities.
