    The listing is for twelve (12) vintage packages of PUTNAM DYE from Monroe Chemical of Quincy, Illinois, in their #8--YELLOW color.  The 30 cent, shiny foil packages are contained in their original "One Dozen Putnam Box" in very good condition.  They previously had been retained as inventory by an area Putnam Dye retailer.  The Packages appear to be usable, and ready for a Dyeing/Tinting project, or as inventory for your Putnam Dye Cabinet.  They display nicely with minimal to moderate distoration from handling.  You don't find the foil Putnam packages in this condition very often ... especially with the Box.  They are a small part of a Family Estate currently being listed.  Click on the pictures to enlarge.
