Dollhouse is preowned in great condition.
I am not a collector and I do not grade items.
This looks like a new item, looks great to me.
No major flaws or any thing that I see. Again I am not an expert.
House measures approx. 3 1/4” x 3 1/2” x 2 1/2” tall (not counting the chimney)
