Vintage Brigantine New Jersey beach souvenir imprinted with “In Rain or Shine It’s Always Lagoon Time. Brigantine N.J.” Probably dates from the 1960s era.
I believe this pouch contains a folded transparent plastic rain bonnet. A little portion of the bonnet sticks out of the vinyl pouch as shown.
The pouch has some light soiling and wear on both sides due to age and storage. The bonnet has never been opened or used.
Pouch measures approximately 3-7/8 inches x 1-7/8 inches.
