Once you receive your Superdry eBay parcel, if you’re satisfied with it (which we’re sure you will be), then great – be sure to leave us some feedback!
If in the event you're not 100% satisfied and it's within 30 days of receiving your parcel, please open a return request via the eBay Resolution Centre and follow the instructions provided. We recommend returning the item(s) with a label provided by eBay but if you'd prefer not to, then please ensure the return is tracked for your protection.
Please ensure that you identify yourself with your eBay order number and name in the parcel, failure to do so will result in a delayed refund.
Items marked ‘Final Sale’ in the subtitles are not eligible for exchange, return or refund.
Postage charges are only refunded when the goods are confirmed as faulty, or the wrong item has been shipped.
