    St. Elsewhere
    , original TV script for the two-part episode
    Time Heals
    written by John Tinker, Tom Fontana, and John Masius, Production #s 5318 (Part I) and 5301 (Part II), Final Draft, November 13, 1985 with revisions dated November 19 and 22, 109 blue and pink pages plus Cast List, Sets List, and 40-page Shooting Schedule bound with two brass brads, in very good condition.  The script comes from the estate of Robert J. Visciglia, prop master for the series, who has heavily marked the Shooting Schedule and made a few comments in the body of the script.  His name is on the sticker on the title page.
    The two parts of this episode were broadcast as episodes 17 and 18 of season 4 on February 19 and 20, 1986.
    The
    New York Times
    considered it the best
    St. Elsewhere
    episode and one of the best in TV history; the story jumps around in time to recount the 50 year history of the hospital from 1935 to 1985 and demonstrate how some problems persist from generation to generation.
    The episode was the most highly decorated episode in the series.
    It won 4 Prime Time Emmys including Outstanding Writing in a Drama Series.
    As seen in the attached photo of the two-page cast list, this episode centered around the lives of the senior doctors Donald Westphall (played by Ed Flanders), Daniel Auschlander (Norman Lloyd), and Mark Craig (William Daniels) with the junior doctors played by David Morse, Stephen Furst, and Denzel Washington in the later scenes.
