*All equipment is sold as it is, currently in good working condition & good physical appearance with only normal signs of use on exterior panels & final testing prior to shipment to ensure quality with documented test results. All components covered against defect only under a 60 day ot 1500 page limited warranty (whichever comes first) to include free replacement parts or phone/email support provided by JB Liquidation only in the event of a defective component only as determined by the seller. All defective components must be returned to the seller for inspection & determination if it qualifies for the warranty. Negligent damage caused by end user or their associates while handling the machines is expressly not covered so it is recommended that the buyer use extreme caution when moving the machine into their building or up any stairs or inclines. Customer support & discounted replacement parts may be available through JB Liquidation if needed in the future after the warranty period. Some minor set up is required & to network the machines to the end users computers & install the software. Copier & network setup, support & labor is to be provided at the buyer's location & expense if required for installation, setup, software, error or final adjustments after final placement & JB Liquidation may offer remote support when possible. Delivery is by non-refundable freight with tracking provided. It is the buyers responsibility or their representative to inspect & verify the condition of the equipment & packaging at the time of delivery & sign the delivery slip to verify that the shipment/copier arrived in good condition & note in writing any imperfections or damage to the packaging or contents in order to qualify for insurance coverage. Failure to document in writing on the delivery slip will disqualify the equipment for insurance or warranty coverage at the discretion of the seller so it is required that the buyer inspect the shipment thoroughly before signing for delivery. The buyer assumes all responsibility for all assembly & any future machine maintenance requirements where applicable based on usage or any misuse as determined by the seller who may void warranty at any time if any misuse is suspected. All stated terms & conditions stated herein are in addition to all stated terms in PayPal policies require that the buyer agrees not to initiate any reversal of payment after the buyer or their agent takes possession of the equipment verified by signature. Buyer agrees not refuse the shipment or return the shipment for any reason after the order has been initiated.
