Toward the end of her career, MARY TYLER MOORE guest starred on a 3 episode arc of THAT 70'S SHOW.  Ironic in that the series was set in the heyday of her landmark classic THE MARY TYLER MOORE SHOW, another aspect that made this appearance special was THAT 70's SHOW was filmed on the same soundstage as THE MARY TYLER MOORE SHOW, at what was then MTM studios.  For her first appearance it generated a lot of industry headlines as she was warmly welcomed back to her old soundstage.
