Old Atlantic City NJ Souvenir Folder Postcard Picture Booklet - 20 Pics

This is an old souvenir picture folder from Atlantic City, NJ.  It could date to the 1930's - photos look more like it could be 1920's - but I don't know for sure.  It contains a foldout of 20 color pictures (not including the cover pictures) and the inside of the cover contains a road map of the area. The folder measures approximately 6-1/4" x 4-1/4".  The cover has wear along the cover edges & corners.  The entire cover has faded a bit when compared with the area that has been protected by the securing flap. There is no writing anywhere in the folder and the only cover tears are short & at the ends of the top cover edge & 1 on the edge of the flap.  There are small age age spots in the picture folder, especially on the inside of the cover. The most significant damage found was about a 1" square area of paper loss at the bottom of 1 picture.
The foldout of 20 pictures is a bit smaller than the cover and remains in very nice condition - with the exception of the 1 view with the small area of paper loss.  The covers of these older folders overhang the picture insert - great for protecting the pictures but making the cover more susceptible to wear.  Still, this folder is in nice condition given its' age.  Printed on the back cover is "Published by Arrow Novelty Co., Inc., N.Y." if that helps someone knowledgeable about these souvenirs date this old Atlantic City folder.
