    Description

    Dated 10/30/1923.
    The company was incorporated in New Jersey in 1899 but operated in Holyoke Massachusetts.  At one point it was responsible for 75% of all of the fine paper output in the US.  It had 16 mills in Holyoke, declared bankruptcy twice and reorganized in 1962 as Holyoke Shares Inc before being liquidated in 1970. While the company operated Holyoke was known as the "paper city of the world".
