A) Cleaning - All machines go through our refurbishing process is thoroughly cleaned both inside and outside.
B) Testing - Machines are then run through quality checks to test all components and system functioning.
C) Stripping - Once all parts are tested, we replace any worn parts and components are stripped to check for any damage or replacement.
D) Build to Order - Our highly-trained technicians rebuild the machine to meet original specifications.
E) Quality Control - Systems are then run through a reliability test to ensure the complete refurbished machine is functioning correctly and to determine if the machine is up to our refurbishment standards.
F) Packaging & Shipping - Each machine is prepared for transit with the utmost care. Rest assured that your refurbished machine will be properly wrapped, palletized and crated to ensure safe and secure shipping. We use carriers we know and trust to transport your machine reliably and efficiently.
Terms & Conditions
AngelToner provides a 30-Day Parts Warranty within the US only.
Warranty starts upon the receipt of the unit.  We will not be liable, in any case, the machine shows declined performance or show the usual wear-and-tear after the warranty has elapsed.
In exceptional cases, AngelToner can give a remote diagnosis via video conference, if it requires service within the 30-Day period.
All machines are non-refundable.
AngelToner can offer item exchange on the following accepted occurrences only:

Damaged item due to faulty handling/shipping/delivery.
o
If significant damage is noted upon inspection, the customer has the right to refuse the shipment/delivery.
o
Machine and invoice description do not match.
(Note: Do not unpack damaged pallets or crates.)
Supplies such as toner, drums, and fusers are provided as-is.
o
Take note that these supplies are not included in the parts warranty provided.
o
We offer 100% supplies for an additional cost.
It is the customer’s obligation to have more than enough required electrical source for these machines.
Copiers are machines that consume significant electrical source.
There are models that consume 20amp, while others require 220 volt
(usually machines with 45+cpm/ppm models).
These cases require dedicated outlet/20 amps with special types of plugs.

Shipping
Curb-side delivery only.
The machine will be delivered to your driveway or curb outside of the delivery address you provided upon purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to transport the product inside.
However, we offer other truck delivery options stated below. Contact us should you need any of these services.
1. Inside delivery
Your item will be transported from the truck to the inside of the first-floor front door of your office. (Please take note that the delivery personnel will not unpack or set up the item and will not place it in a specific room.)
2. Lift Gate Service
Delivery personnel will transport your machine from the back of the truck to the ground using a liftgate.
3. Residential/Non-Commercial Delivery
In the case of an apartment building, delivery will be to the central lobby only.
