    Description

    This is a very nice example of a Canadian 3 Cent postage stamp featuring King George V.  The letter was mailed in December, 1919 and the cancellation stamp reminds people to "Buy War Savings Stamps and Help Reconstruction."  A nice envelope (no letter)  has the Walkerville, Ontario postage marker on the back and the letter was mailed from Kitchener, Ontario.  A nice stamp with a little history.
