*** These adapters came from store liquidation return programs, so the boxes will NOT be brand new but we have a dedicated quality assurance team who checks all of the cords to make sure they're in good condition. We can not pick and chose which boxes you get, so please don't ask. We do, however, welcome any questions/concerns you may have so please feel free to drop a line. We will answer your inquiry within 24 business hours. These are USB type C to Digital AV cords (i.e USB type A, HDMI, and USB-C) not lightning nor VGA.***
Please do not assume an item has something included if it is not mentioned in the notes section. Most of our inventory is either a store return, store closeout, or an overstock item we purchased.  If the unit is not new in the box or looks like it was taken out we have a 10-24 point check we check on each unit to make sure everything is working properly.
You will receive a unit that is in new working order. Since this unit falls into those 3 categories the box it comes in could have some cosmetic damage. There is no way for us to pick and choose what boxing’s min we send to you. We can guarantee that it will be minimal unless we state it here. The item will also come with everything it was supposed to have unless we state it here as well

We classify items in these categories:
Brand New:
items are unused and factory new.
Open Box:
items are new in an open box, may or may not come in original packaging
Refurbished:
items processed to ensure they meet original manufacturer specifications, may or may not come in original packaging
Like New:
items have very minor wear if any.
Very Good:
items are well cared for but will have light wear and tear from normal use.
Good:
items show wear from use, but remain fully functional. They may be marked, or have identifying markings on it, or show other signs of previous use.
Acceptable:
items are fairly worn but continue to work with fully. Signs of wear can include aesthetic issues such as scratches, and discoloration.
Bulk Purchase:
If you are interested in buying in bulk please contact us. We are able to provide invoices and discounts on large purchases.
Offers:
We do allow offers on most/all of our listings, if you feel that your offer isn't being noticed or was unfairly declined feel free to reach out and we can provide our reasoning or work something out between the two of us.
Shipping:
Domestic Shipping/Return Policy:
We generally ship items within three business days. Shipping to PR, AL, HI, or PO boxes may not qualify for our free shipping program depending on weight and size, if you will need us to ship to one of the aforementioned places please reach out so we can make accommodations. In most cases, we do not charge a restocking fee for returns. However in situations where the return is related to buyer remorse or an incorrect address we withhold shipping expenses and processing costs. We ship from Rehoboth Beach Delaware.
International Shipping/Return Policy:
We offer the eBay Global shipping program which takes care of tracking and customs. The way that works is we have it shipped it to the eBay processing center in Kentucky and then they ship it out to your country
. Returns for international purchases are not accepted unless covered by eBay's money-back guarantee. If you notice that your item isn't accepting an international address, please reach out and we will work on making accommodations for you.
