RETURNS

Accepted within 30 days of delivery date. Seller pays return shipping. Supplements/Baby Formula/Grocery items CANNOT be returned once opened. Items being returned for buyers remorse (because you changed your mind, found a better price or bought the wrong item) MUST be returned in the SAME condition as you received it (plastic wrap/seals/tags intact) AND you will be subject to a RETURN FEE which will be deducted from your refund. Proof of defect or item not working (if applicable) will be required via picture or video sent to us through eBay messaging or email before returning so we may have something to reference when we receive the item back and inspect it. All serial numbers are documented in listing photos and recorded and prior to shipment to the customer.
