    This estate sale is from the collection of a Seattle miniaturist. She kept written records of her purchases with dates and artisan names. There will be auctions of this collection for the next 4 weeks or more. Items are in very good condition except where noted.
    This was made by Jeanette's Mini Works. It is signed and dated 1988. The artisan was Jeanette Gilbert. It measures 2 1/2" x 1 3/4" x 1 1/2" tall. 1:12 scale as a dollhouse toy.  Good used condition.
