This in an antique porcelain plate depicting the shoreline and Civic Auditorium of Atlantic City, New Jersey in hand-painted 22 Karat gold.
It is made of porcelain and has a white high gloss finish. Around the edge, beneath the gold, it is painted maroon/burgundy. It measures approx 7 3/8 inches across and is in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks. I believe this is from the 1930s or 40s. This is very cool and would be a great addition to any vintage souvenir Plate Collection.
