1930’s 1940’s suspenders leather elastic for study costume design antique.
These suspenders are amazing I’ve held onto them thinking I would do something with them but time to pass on. There is a tear in the leather on the bottom part where you can see I thought it would be a good idea to try and glue.

The elastic doesn’t really stretch anymore but adjusts. It’s .75” wide and the leather is soft the ones at the bottom seem to be a little harder and in need of replacement.
I would buy these to copy them or where decoratively with a pair of pants if you fix the bottom they are still functional.
